Andrew Swarbrick is an accomplished artist and oil painter, who's years of experience in painting and as a tattoo artist have pushed his artwork further than ever before. This three day workshop will give you a chance to learn a new technique of painting from its rawest to most advanced form under the direct guidance of Andrew, opening the door to a medium that is traditionally difficult to learn. We will cover everything from developing an idea, drawing, composition and flow, focal points and lighting, to under-painting, transperents vs opaques, layering, glazing and impasto. The workshop is "Hands-on" in approach and you will learn by watching and taking notes as well as working on your own piece (or pieces) over the three days. A time that will allow you to explore the techniques fully and come to the completion of your work.
